We’re hosting two free, information-packed seminars on 19 March at Nā Manu Nature Reserve, and we walk you through exactly what’s happening, who it’s for, and why it’s worth your time.
First up is our 2 pm session for the over-60s and anyone approaching retirement. We talk straight about the real-world challenges people face when they’re asset-rich but cash-poor, and how the right knowledge can open up options without pressure. You’ll hear from speakers covering succession planning and estate planning, investment services for retirees, and Heartland Bank on reverse mortgages so you can understand home equity choices with clear eyes. We also have Harcourts sharing real estate services for seniors, including decisions around housing as life changes.
Then at 6 pm we shift gears to first home buyers. If you’re buying soon or planning for the next six to twenty-four months, this session is designed to help you walk away more confident than you arrived. We cover tenders, auctions, making an offer, KiwiSaver strategy in turbulent times, and the legal steps that protect you during the buying process. Seats are limited to 50, catering is provided, and it’s all free.
