The Amistad Center for Art & Culture in Hartford, which documents the history and art of people of African descent in America, celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. Connecticut Explored's Elizabeth Normen talks with executive director Frank Mitchell about the center's history and takes you on a tour of its special exhibition "30 for 30: Art, Agency, Legacy."
