Stop with it being just about football ...
There is a push within the California statehouse to ban players under 12-years old from playing tackle football. An act that on face value might seem like a good idea. Yet, the rationales and arguments that are being made in support of this legislation is highly flawed, stems from the Hooolywoodification of the issues or quotes research that is methodologically flawed. Here is just a quick take on concussions and why this law and others like it are missing the point.
