Picking up the conversation that we started on how to build an exercise routine for continued success breaking through the misinformation within the narratives we tend use to form our perspectives about how to exercise, how hard we should exercise, and how we should progress our training in order to see improvements in our overall performance. Walking through how to incorporate some simple rules of periodization from the start so that we can build that routine to reach our fitness goals, see improvements in performance and become healthier along the way.
