There is a lot of talk about the impact that our diet has on our health. So much so that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has made it a central tenet to their “Make America Healthy Again” or MAHA agenda. A tenet that has led to insisting that medical schools teach nutrition as part of the core curriculum to physicians in the United States. A position that has been held for almost a decade among public health advocates and previous surgeon generals of the United States. A move, if done without bias of intent, I would be all in favor of, but MAHA bias ... well let's talk about that
