On this episode, we had very special and highly-requested guest Yowana on the pod! Yowana is a well-known creator in the running space and the founder of Supwell Running, which is a running shoe marketplace and shoe review platform.
Yowana just ran 2:30 at the Wilmington Marathon and made some very interesting changes to his training before it. We fully dove into his training over the last few years - something we think will be very beneficial for listeners!
We also chatted about how he manages his time. He has a full-time job but also posts 1hr + YouTube videos daily and crushes content on socials and podcasts while being a father of 3!
