123. Tequila Mockingbird: Michigan DIY and The Making of LP1 | Emo Kids Anonymous
Description
Welcome to EKA123! Today I am joined by Kieffer and Joe from Tequila Mockingbird and we are celebrating the release of their new album "You Always Felt Lost", available as of today March 13! I knew this was going to be a special episode before we started because these mfs have been raved about in multiple episodes. If a band is from Michigan and they've been on our show, chances are they not only know TM, but they've probably played a show at Kieffer's house, also known as The Goblin Zone. In this interview we talk all about the Goblin Zone as well as all of the other infamous house show venues in Michigan that we have heard about on the pod. From the Church of Elvis Presley to the HOG house, this interview left me wishing I lived in Michigan (never thought I'd say that). We also dive into the origins of the band, their current and past favorite bands, and the making of LP1. These two are some of my favorite guests in show history, I hope you appreciate this interview as much as I appreciated taking part in it.
With multiple new episodes every week, Emo Kids Anonymous is your home for all things emo and everything else.
