People who work for Live Nation were caught talking smack about customers. This shouldn't shock anyone. The only shocking part is that Live Nation said it was a "junior staffer" who said these things. Why would anyone that low on the totem pole say something like that? They certainly aren't reaping the benefits of the major gouging Live Nation does. I think it was someone much higher up, or the kid of a major player within the company. Usually someone shouldn't feel shame for practicing what they preach, but in this case, Live Nation should feel shame, shame, shame.
