General Hospital spoilers suggest a wave of suspicion surrounds the character of Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). Ever since his return to the show, fans and characters alike have noticed a significant change in his behavior, raising questions about his true identity. His interactions with his son, James West (Gary James Fuller), have particularly set off alarm bells. Notably, Nathan's lack of curiosity about his past and his strange behavior towards Maxie (Kirsten Storms), his supposedly beloved wife, have further fueled these speculations.
