A Texas woman who spent more than two decades in prison for the scalding death of a baby she was babysitting is now free after courts ruled she was actually innocent, and federal officials confirm she will not be deported.
In Louisiana, an eighteen-year-old National Guard soldier is accused of firing a loaded pistol she believed was empty and shooting a fellow soldier in the chest at a military base in New Orleans.
