Jeff Kessler is a former member of the West Virginia State Senate, who represented the northern panhandle. He's now running for the Democratic Party's nomination for the US Senate this May. Kessler was in Charleston campaigning on Thursday and WMOV's Tom Susman caught up with him to ask why he's running and what he'd bring to the Senate if elected.
