• Sarah messaged the City of Springfield over the sign located at Sunshine and Kansas Expressway. The sign has a QR code on it. The problem? Missouri law prohibits the use of cell phones while operating a vehicle, including while stopped at an intersection. The City responded saying that MoDOT manages that intersection.
