Puppy Chaos; Sibling Sadness; Poor Maypole John in Chapter LIV of Barnaby Rudge
Description
Listener mail is warmly welcomed 🙋♀️
Dear Friends, Newcomers and Blessed Subscribers, welcome to the latest madcap episode of the podcast, where chaos reigns at home and in Chigwell. Poor, dear John Willett, the Lord of his Maypole dominion, has a very bad day. I love this bullying, stupid, ridiculous man and grieve for him in today’s episode. People’s private and often pitiful-seeming prides should not be trounced upon. As we all, all of us, I think, have them, do we not? Things we cherish as part of our lives? A flowerbed? A book-case? A weekly responsibility? A growing practice of watercolours or ceramics? Let us be, and let others be, that causes no harm to others. And let’s cherish and respect the quirky in others. The silly things that keep life interesting, curious and funny ☺️. See you later for a second episode.
