The time is now 2:02 AM in New York, I'm Noa Levi and this is the latest Israel Today: Ongoing War Report.

In Operation Lion's Roar, satellite images from the Institute for Science and International Security show that the suspected military site "Talkan-2" in the sensitive Parchin complex was attacked with three bunker-buster bombs. The facility is clearly linked to Iran's nuclear program, and Israel already attacked it in 2024. About a month ago, satellite images of new fortifications built there were published.

In Direct Israel-Iran Clashes, after almost two weeks of war, officials say Iran’s forces are showing weaker coordination, lower motivation and sharply reduced launch rates, even as the Israeli Air Force expands strikes on military industries, missile launchers and Basij headquarters.

In Iranian Retaliation, the FBI warned California police departments that Iran may retaliate to US military action against the Islamic regime in Tehran by launching drone attacks on the US West Coast. We recently acquired information that as of early February 2026, Iran allegedly aspired to conduct a surprise attack using unmanned aerial vehicles from an unidentified vessel off the coast of the United States Homeland, the alert read. The alert noted that the attacks would target sites in California in the event of US military action, as the US launched Operation Epic Fury in late February. We have no additional information on timing, method, target, or perpetrators of this alleged attack, the alert concluded. Since the start of the war with the initiation of US Operation Epic Fury and Israeli Operation Roaring Lion, Iran's missile and drone capacity has been sharply reduced by persistent airstrikes on Tehran's military assets. On Tuesday, White House spokesperson Karoline Leavitt said that Iran's ballistic missile attacks had been reduced by more than 90% and its drone attacks were down as well.

In Regional Impacts, following the resolution proposal in the National Security Council condemning Iran for firing towards its neighbors, Iranian parliament member Hamid Rasaee wrote: One of the outcomes of this war, God willing, should be the takeover of Bahrain and its annexation to Iran. Another line notes Israeli Ambassador to the United States Yechiel Leiter argues the US-Israeli campaign aims to stop Tehran from acquiring nuclear weapons, exporting terrorism and gaining leverage over global energy routes.

In the Conflict with Iran and its Regional Proxies, IDF spokesperson Waweya said Hezbollah has escalated in what it called Al-Asaf al-Ma'qul: Reasonable Regret, while the IDF strikes in Dahiyeh near Beirut; Hezbollah launched over 100 rockets toward northern Israel in a single barrage, and the group joined the US-Israel-Iran war after the killing of Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. This morning my one message to the Israeli government is: the only way to ensure northern Israel's security is to take over the southern Lebanese territory all the way to the Litani river without letting anyone back until Hezbollah is totally disarmed.

In Israeli Domestic Politics, Bedouin feminist human rights lawyer Hanan Alsanah says decades of activism have shaped her belief that women’s leadership and Arab-Jewish partnership are essential for advancing peace and social justice in Israel. “I am a Bedouin feminist human rights lawyer as a peace builder,” she says, describing the identity she has “paid a very high price” to claim. Raised in Lakiya in southern Israel, she recounts facing barriers and being told it was impossible to pursue education or leadership, but becoming the only sister to attend university pushed her to widen opportunities for others. Also, amid the war with Iran, the haredi draft exemption law has been shel
