Unrivaled Championship, SheBelieves Cup, & NCAA Conference Championships |113|
Description
Championships, chaos, and the road to March Madness. This week in women’s sports had everything.
The Mist are officially your 2026 Unrivaled Champions, and Breanna Stewart just added another trophy to an already ridiculous résumé. We break down the title run and what the new Unrivaled basketball league means for the future of women’s hoops.
But the celebration didn’t stop at the trophy ceremony… it spilled into a reportedly wild after-party that ended with a battery charge involving Arike Ogunbowale, a reminder that nothing good happens after midnight.
On the soccer side, the USWNT team claim another trophy, winning the SheBelieves Cup with dominant performances over Canada and Colombia. We talk standout moments, what it means for the squad heading into the next international window, and why this group looks scary good.
Then it’s Champ Week in NCAA Division I Women's Basketball, and the bracket picture is coming into focus. We break down conference tournament chaos and predict the No. 1 seeds heading into Selection Sunday.
Bonus: Danielle’s preseason Final Four picks are aging like fine wine, with UConn, UCLA, Texas, and South Carolina all looking like legit title contenders.
