Description
Sophomore Bobby Gronert is running as a socialist who wants democracy in both the political and economic realms. He decided to run after the Common Council decision to decommission the Dairy Drive housing community. He wants to see Amtrak expand to Madison, more legal protections for tenants, public control over utilities, and increased student activity in politics.
