In this week's episode, I'm talking all about my history with anxiety and depression while growing up. I talk about when my mental health issues started, things that contributed to my anxiety and depression, and how I figured out something was wrong. I discuss bullying, being a teenager in today's world, my biggest insecurities, my experiences with different therapists and medication, and much more. I also talk about what I did to help overcome my anxiety and clinical depression and how I manage my mental health now.
