147: Social Media Etiquette, Judgments Around Food, and Celebrating Thanksgiving with Addie Martanovic

This week I'm chatting with return guest, lifestyle blogger Addie Martanovic from Chickpea in the City! In this episode, Addie and I chat about our Thanksgiving plans and how Thanksgiving has changed for us over the years. We discuss what it's like celebrating holidays with friends instead of family and why it's important to prioritize your own happiness. We also talk about social media etiquette and interactions on the internet, as well as things that bother us on social media. We discuss when diets turn into cults, what we think about the intuitive eating movement, and judgment around food. Lastly, Addie and I talk about some of our favorite restaurants, restaurants that are overhyped, and the downfalls of eating out.
