203: Sarah Prout on the Limitless Possibilities of Manifesting

It's time for the WELLNESS REALNESS RETREAT 2019! This year's retreat will be in sunny San Diego, CA from July 26th-July 28th. The weekend will be filled with health and body image workshops, delicious food, nutrient drips, acupuncture, hiking, yoga, and more. You can find more information and get your tickets at bit.ly/wellnessrealness2019!

Today I'm chatting with Sarah Prout, a motivational speaker, entrepreneur, writer, the host of the Journey to Manifesting podcast, and co-founder of The Manifesting Academy. Sarah was named a ‘manifestation guru’ by Cosmopolitan Magazine and recently launched her book Dear Universe. Sarah believes that you manifest through your connection to The Universe and empowering your emotions, and she has inspired millions of people across the globe to create magic in their lives.

In this episode, Sarah tells the story of how she overcame domestic violence and went from being a single mother in debt to running a million dollar business. Sarah talks more about exactly how to manifest what you want into your life, whether that be your soulmate, a baby, or money. She discusses common misconceptions about manifesting, blocks to manifesting, if manifesting can coexist with religion, and much more.

You can find more from Sarah on Instagram (@sarahprout), on the Journey to Manifesting podcast, or her website.
