273: Claire Siegel on How to Eat Intuitively, Love Your Body, and Stop Dieting Forever



Claire Siegel is a registered dietitian who’s all about balancing her real food, veggie-heavy approach to nutrition with her love of burgers, dark chocolate, and red wine. Before that, Claire spent a decade dieting - counting calories, tracking macros, logging points, and punishing herself through exercise. When she finally reached her goal weight, she still wasn't happy, so she learned to look inward to achieve the confidence she was after and saw how healing her relationship to food and her body had a positive ripple effect throughout the rest of her life. Claire founded Nutritional Freedom to help other women experience this same evolution and has helped hundreds of women through her Foundations program and Freedom membership.

In this episode, Claire discusses how to tell if you're dieting, what dieting really is, and how to stop dieting forever.
