275: Kelly Roland on Human Design and Living in Alignment

In this episode I'm chatting with Human Design expert Kelly Roland, an intuitive guide, embodiment coach, and astrological oracle specializing in the systems of Human Design and Mayan Astrology. The main focus of her work is empowerment- discovering your uniqueness so that you can reclaim your power and gifts in all aspects of your life. Kelly was fascinated by astrology from a very young age and has traveled and lived all over the world training, exploring, and hosting workshops and retreats.

In this episode, Kelly explains what Human Design is, how it can improve your life, and what you need to know about the different types - Generator, Manifesting Generator, Manifestor, Projector, and Reflector. Kelly explains the deconditioning process, how to follow your strategy, what it means to listen to your sacral response, and the best work flow for your type.
