The New Orleans Saints have shaken up their offense with bold free agency moves, leaving the future of star running back Alvin Kamara surrounded by uncertainty. After restructuring Kamara’s contract and signing the dynamic Travis Etienne, competition heats up in the Saints’ running back room--at the top of the depth chart and among backups. Amidst the uncertainty, a Kamara-Etienne tandem would power a new-look offense, should Kamara stick around.

Offensive upgrades don’t stop there. The signing of top guard David Edwards has solidified the Saints’ starting five, but depth and development remain critical as injuries and possible departures loom. On the receiving end, the addition of athletic tight end Noah Fant could spark creativity under Kellen Moore’s offensive system. With ripple effects across the roster and more moves possibly ahead, New Orleans is signaling an aggressive push for 2026.
