Description

#942: Which is good news, as that’s a lot of pressure. As you’ll hear in this show, we are all co-creators standing on the shoulders of everyone who we have gleaned from, whether it’s a parent, mentor, coach, or author. The big opportunity is we don’t have to invent something new. And in truth, nobody does. Everything we know, we got from someone. We get to build on it, or just give a different perspective or insight on it, or somethings simply introduce it to others, and get paid for it. Think of the big awards shows such as the Emmys, Grammys, Oscars, and Tony Awards . What do the winners do? What is the point of them taking the stage? To recognize everyone who helped them get the win. I start us off with a 2.5 minute message from Zig Ziglar telling the story of two of the winningest college football teams who don’t focus on individual accomplishment, but team accomplishment. Then Tom Ziglar and I discuss how we are all part of a team, even if you are a solopreneur, your team is all those who again, you have and are gleaning from, every day. It’s not all on you, and that’s good news.
