Sleep is such a touchy subject. Lots of people have opinions about it and how little you need, but this is just a bunch of BS. Fact is, you DO need sleep, and you DO need 7-9 hours each night for an optimal amount of recovery, renewal, and reset.  This is for your brain and your cells to rebuild and repair. 

In this episode, I'm talking about why you need adequate sleep and how get BETTER sleep! The quality and the quantity are both crucial. Take notes and happy zzzzz'!
