A new survey finds that the stress of buying a home goes far beyond the price tag
Published 1 week, 6 days ago
Description
As we head into homebuying season, a new survey finds that for many Americans, the stress of buying a home goes far beyond the price tag. 38% say cost is their biggest concern, nearly as many worry about actually finding the right home and navigating the process, and more than a quarter say securing a mortgage tops their list of fears. The research also shows many buyers may not realize they have options that could save them money, including programs and credit union lending. Mark Burrage, Senior Vice President of PenFed Home at PenFed Credit Union, joins Newell to talk about the survey.
