Years after a costly settlement over a failed golf course redevelopment, a new fight is brewing over millions in property taxes collected during the legal battle. Now Clark County and the City of Las Vegas are squaring off over who should repay the developer, with the dispute potentially headed to the Nevada Supreme Court.
