Description

Iran wrapped up its Women Asian Cup run with a two-nil loss to the Philippines on the Gold Coast last night, but there are grave concerns over what happens to the players now.

The players' decision not to sing the national anthem before a match last week prompted an angry rebuke on Iranian state television; with one presenter saying, "in times of war, traitors must be dealt with more harshly".

Human rights groups are now worried the players face severe punishment if they return home.

Then, we hear from the former Lebanese Health Minister about Israel's latest strikes in Beirut.

And the E-Safety Commissioner discusses the latest online safety code.

Recap the morning's news, politics and global affairs with the Breakfast Wrap.
