Join The Language Café's competent team of women as they celebrate International Women's Day in the studio!
New member Andy, as well as Jillian, Mia and Paula are in the business of making noise, taking up space, and decentering men. We cover various issues facing women in our home countries, discuss the Madonna-whore complex, and send our love to the women in our lives who have inspired us the most. Digressions include the horrors of mothering your husband, the trials and tribulations of being a woman in STEM, and our favourite "angry girl music of the indie rock persuasion".
Don't forget to tune in every Sunday from 3-5pm to hear us live on air at Radio Nova!
