Investigators asked several neighbors in Nancy Guthrie’s neighborhood if they experienced an internet outage around the time she disappeared on February 1st. One nearby neighbor says ring cameras stopped working around that time and showed “not available.” There has been speculation the suspect may have had a signal jammer.
