260222 Sanctifying the Mixture

Episode 667 Published 3 months, 1 week ago
Description

Life often feels like a complex mixture of the good and the broken, leading us to dismiss certain parts of our history as worthless or distracting from our ultimate purpose. However, the Scriptures reveal that small things, whether good or bad, can have a large impact on our direction, acting like rudders that guide the entire course of our lives. God frequently uses the “seeds" of our youth—planted through our unique upbringing, specific trials, and even our cultural backgrounds—as levers to propel us into our future. Instead of running away from a mixed or painful past, we are invited to trust God as He refines and sanctifies our experiences.

James 3; Matthew 7; Genesis 37
