In a 2-1 decision, The US Court of Appeals for DC Circuit has refused to require that 350,000 human beings contributing billions in taxes in America be sent back to a war torn country (that Trump likes to call a sh@#$t hole) while the Trump Administration tries to have Federal Judge Reyes' decision to keep their protective status in place overturned.  Popok reports on the lower court having to cite to George Washington's embrace of immigrants as part of her decision, as the Appeals court comes to her rescue.
