Description
Despite a valiant effort, the San Jose Sharks fell to the Saint Louis Blues in overtime. The Sharks dominated play, outshooting the Blues and generating numerous chances, but turnovers and a quick Blues goal in overtime sealed their fate. Macklin Celebrini and Kiefer Sherwood scored for the Sharks, while Jacob Snuggerud, Robert Thomas, and the overtime winner for the Blues. The Sharks strong forechecking and line shuffling by Coach Warsofsky were not enough to secure the victory.
