Blending horror, romance, and dark satire, The Bride! revisits the legendary monster story through the perspective of the Bride herself, exploring identity, autonomy, and what it means to be brought to life in a world that fears you. Set in a stylized monster-filled universe inspired by classic Universal horror, the film follows the Bride as she awakens into existence and begins forging her own identity beyond the expectations of the scientists and monsters who created her. Jessie Buckley (The Lost Daughter, Men) takes center stage as the Bride, delivering a haunting and unpredictable performance opposite Christian Bale (The Dark Knight, Ford v Ferrari), whose mysterious monster figure becomes central to the film’s strange romance.
