General Hospital spoilers reveal Willow Tait, played by Katelyn MacMullen, finds herself in control of Drew Cain, portrayed by Cameron Mathison. However, as spoilers suggest, this power dynamic won't last forever. Drew remains locked-in his body due to his current medical condition, but the tables are set to turn dramatically once he regains his faculties.

GH spoilers indicate Willow has assumed Drew's seat in Congress, exercising control over his finances and their daughter. As the plot unfolds over the next few months, fans are anticipating a power flip. Drew, once recovered, is expected to retaliate against Willow for her role in his captivity. With potential criminal charges for drugging him and threats of separating her from her children, Drew could use these as leverage to maintain control over Willow's life.
