Members of the public are being urged to have their say on Clare's Garda operations for the coming year. The Clare-Tipperary Garda Division's Annual Service Plan is open to public consultation until April 1st. The plan will form key local strategies on crime prevention, victim support and roads policing for the year ahead. Superintendent Susan O'Brien says it's vital communities make their views known.
