Cy: Ar ddiwrnod oer o ddiwedd y gaeaf, roedd yr haul yn machlud dros Gastell Caerdydd.
En: On a cold day at the end of winter, the sun was setting over Castell Caerdydd (Cardiff Castle).
Cy: Roedd Rhys a Carys yn syllu ar y torfeydd yn gwisgo dillad hanesyddol, yn cymryd rhan mewn ail-gread hanesyddol.
En: Rhys and Carys were staring at the crowds dressed in historical attire, participating in a historical reenactment.
Cy: Roedd y ddau wedi cael eu dal yn annisgwyl yn y sioe hanesyddol, wedi eu temtio gan swyn yr hen amseroedd.
En: The two had been unexpectedly drawn into the historical show, tempted by the charm of ancient times.

En: Suddenly, they were startled by the heavy castle door loudly closing behind them.
Cy: Yna roedd yn dawel.
En: Then it was silent.
Cy: Roeddent wedi cloi i mewn.
En: They were locked in.
Cy: "Oi, dim problem," meddai Carys.
En: "Oh, no problem," said Carys.

En: The pair felt a thrill as they tread the hard stone corridors under the high roofs of the castle.
Cy: Roedd y distawrwydd yn adlais mawr, ac roedd y gwynt oer yn llithro trwy'r cilfachau.
