Proposed Regent Street redesign garners mixed responses

In a bid to alleviate the traffic and pedestrian problems that plague the near west side thoroughfare, Regent Street could soon get a major redesign.
City transportation leaders weighed a proposal Wednesday that would reduce the roadway to two travel lanes and make room for wider sidewalks.
