Nerdeen Kiswani is a Palestinian organizer from New York City. She is the founder & chair of Within Our Lifetime - United for Palestine, a community organization of Palestinians in exile in pursuit of liberation. Nerdeen has spoken for the Palestinian cause on television programs & at events & conferences worldwide & has organized marches with tens of thousands in support of Palestinian liberation. A graduate of the CUNY school of Law, Nerdeen has organized successful campaigns to pass a resolution by the student government & faculty of CUNY Law to cut all ties & divest from all zionist institutions & defend the right for Palestinians to resist colonization. In 2021 Nerdeen led a campaign that successfully defeated a proposal to adopt the IHRA definition of antisemitism which it equates with anti-zionism. She is currently suing Betar under the KKK Enforcement Act of 1871.
Chris Goodshall-Bennett is a civil rights attorney & Partner at Lee & Godshall-Bennett LLP. He has been active in Palestine solidarity work since his time at Columbia University, where he co-founded the Jewish Voice for Peace chapter. Chris has represented victims of police brutality, students facing retaliation for their political activism, prisoners denied basic care & dignity, employees fighting workplace discrimination, & non-citizens facing detention & deportation. Chris is the former Legal Director of the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee, the nation’s largest Arab civil rights organization.
Sina Toossi is a Senior Non-Resident Fellow at the Center for International Policy, where he focuses on U.S.–Iran relations, Middle East foreign policy, & nuclear nonproliferation. His writing has appeared in Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, The Guardian, Al Jazeera, & other leading outlets. He regularly provides expert commentary in international media & has been recognized by the Middle East Policy Council as one of its "40 Under 40" rising leaders.
