Robert DeWeese, 36, is accused of raping a 6-year-old girl in a family bathroom of a Five Below store in Warren County, Ohio. The grand jury indicted DeWeese on several charges including rape and gross sexual imposition for the February 2026 incident. DeWeese has been convicted of similar crimes in the past.
