Goodwill Obieze wants to lower child care costs
Published 1 month, 2 weeks ago
Description
Human resources professional Goodwill Obieze has become a familiar name in local politics. He made an unsuccessful bid for the Dane County Board of Supervisors in 2021 and, in 2024, fell short in a run for the state Assembly.
This spring, Obieze is challenging incumbent Rick Rose to represent Madison’s east side and its bordering communities on the county board. District 16 voters will elect their next supervisor on April 7th.
Obieze told our News Producer Faye Parks last week that he’s running to support working families and lower the cost of living in Dane County.
