Bringing Creativity Back to Doctors

Dr. Barbara Hales: How can a doctor add more creativity to their practice? I don’t think that many of them see the creativity in what they’re doing. So how do you bring creativity back to them?

Marc Silber: That is a really good question. And it’s one that I’m asked pretty much every day. The creative process actually follows what I call a “Cycle of Creativity.” At some point, that doctor probably felt pretty excited about going into practice.
