Celebrating 250 Years of American Independence
Stellantis, in partnership with America250, announced that its four American brands — Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram — will each release limited-edition models to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Part of the collaboration includes enticing incentives under the “Declaration of Deals” program.
The press release did not specify which models under each marque will receive the limited A250 edition, though it noted that the rollout will occur monthly, starting this month with Ram. The timeline will run through June, leading up to the Fourth of July.
Ram Will Lead the Charge
Given the popularity of the Ram 1500, the full-size pickup appears to be a strong candidate to receive the A250 package. This would coincide with the return of the TRX, which uses a more potent Hemi V8 — the kind of engine Americans love so much that even BMW has chosen to keep V8s alive. However, Stellantis said the A250 package will only include exclusive exterior badging and unique design elements, meaning no performance upgrades are expected.
Still, customers who manage to secure an allocation — particularly those who appreciate the brands’ American heritage — may find these upcoming limited-edition models especially appealing. After all, Stellantis needs to make its vehicles more attractive to buyers, especially after posting a $26.3 billion annual loss in 2025 linked to charges tied to its EV strategy reset and broader restructuring.
Meanwhile, the “Declaration of Deals” program offers eligible customers a choice of two incentives: zero-percent APR financing or sales tax covered by the brands on select qualifying models, along with 90 days of no monthly payments. The promotion is currently in effect and available for a limited time only. Interested customers are encouraged to contact their local Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram dealer for more information.
A Deal Worth Celebrating
Stellantis Head of American Brands Tim Kuniskis highlighted the need for affordable vehicles these days, saying, “We figured this was the perfect time to celebrate our independence and our freedom by giving our customers the choice to either not pay interest or not pay taxes.”
In addition to these programs, Stellanti
