The veteran restaurateur is handing over Sydney restaurant group SRG to his four children as the family-owned company enters a busy period of expansion. SRG’s venues include waterfront Aqua, Sails and Ormeggio as well as sweet neighbourhood spots.
One of the topics I’m always thinking about is the place of the family restaurant in a hospitality landscape that’s increasingly dominated by groups.
