Later that day at 14th and Highland, a report of an alleged assault with no injuries was made; suspect gone on arrival, under investigation.

On February 28 at E Prospect, a female born in 1962 was arrested for alleged larceny of retail merchandise. Report taken.

At Ponca and Franklin, a male allegedly broke windows at a residence using a propane tank and hammer; transported to ER, report taken.

Another shoplifting at E Prospect involved two subjects, one in black shirt and pants, the other in navy shirt with tan backpack; under investigation.

On March 1 at N 14th, officers responded to a stabbing victim; report taken, under investigation.

Also on March 1, Chandler PD issued a Silver Alert for an 85-year-old white male last seen wearing black coat, blue jeans, black ball cap with QT logo, and tennis shoes, with suicidal ideation, schizophrenia, and dementia; located safely.

Arrests were made in several cases including traffic stops for DUI at Elm and Grand, Grand and Pine, and others; reports taken.

Chandler officers continue searching for Justin Dubberke, last seen near Price Road and Willis Road on February 1, appearing disoriented and endangered, leaving personal belongings behind.

Significant trends include multiple shoplifting incidents at E Prospect and reports of mentally disturbed persons requiring welfare checks.
