On Saturday, February 28, Fresno Police arrested 19 drivers on suspicion of DUI during a targeted enforcement operation citywide. Arrests made.

Sunday, March 1, near First Street and Clinton Avenue, a 29-year-old man allegedly punched a victim at a business near North First Street and East Belmont Avenue, then followed the victims' vehicle near First and Tulare streets and fired three to four rounds at them. Rudy Aaron Molano was arrested Monday near Church and Holloway avenues; ammunition was recovered. Arrest made.

Monday, March 2, near Calaveras Street and Belmont Avenue, officers responded to a burglary in progress at a detached garage, arresting a woman outside and later capturing a man who fled onto a nearby roof, fell through it, and was bitten by a K9. Suspect hospitalized and arrested. Arrests made.

Also Monday, March 2, Jesus Antonio Aguilar was arrested in Fresno for a gang-related stabbing in Sanger on January 25 near Academy Avenue; the victim suffered serious injuries. Arrest made.

Tuesday, March 3, near Ashlan Avenue and First Street, a pedestrian was fatally struck by a car around 1 p.m. Investigation ongoing.

No significant trends or patterns noted in the past week beyond routine DUI enforcement.
