Din & Daf: Conceptual Analysis of Halakha Through Case Study with Dr. Elana Stein Hain
The opening of chapter 5 of Menachot rules/observes that only the Korban Todah (Thanksgiving offering) and the Shtei HaLechem (Two Loaves) on Shavuot include/are comprised of chametz. In this shiur, we attempt to understand why chametz is not permitted on the mizbeah (altar) and why chametz is used specifically in the two aforementioned offerings.
