Maria’s cancelled commitment led to a full self care day and again it was another great reminder that rest isn't a luxury, it’s necessary. Finally, forgiveness. Maria reflects on how holding onto anger can live in the body ( her hips are where she stores it!). But releasing it can open the door to true healing.
