I've trained 300+ days straight. Over-training your nervous system destroys the gains you're working for. It's not about time or weight—it's about energy. Training below heart level 200 versus above creates totally different results. Dogs eat poop because they don't know better. You have to do wrong things to learn. The snake sheds its skin—forced discipline becomes natural flow.


Muscles repair, neurons integrate, wisdom solidifies during rest. You earn rest through presence with your heart each moment. Strategic recovery versus lazy rest. The warrior rests with same intensity he trains.
