Cheryl Stelte is a spiritual coach, master healer, speaker, and 3-time bestselling author of From Blocked to Powerful. She is the founder of the Star of Divine Light Institute and creator of the Azarias Energy Healing work. For over 30 years, Cheryl has guided spiritually aware women who have done the inner work yet still feel something is quietly misaligned. Her work focuses on identifying and clearing subconscious survival patterns through the chakra system and nervous system awareness, helping women move from insight into embodied clarity and authentic power. Rather than adding more practices, Cheryl works at the energetic root—where long-held patterns live—so lasting shifts can occur. Her approach blends trauma-informed healing, meditation, and intuitive energy reading to support real transformation that stabilizes and sustains.
