Published 1 month, 2 weeks ago
Description

Africa is splitting in two, and it’s happening way faster than scientists thought! 🌍⚡ A massive crack is forming along the East African Rift, slowly breaking the continent apart. One day—millions of years from now—a new ocean could form right in the middle! 🌊 Scientists have been tracking this shift, and recent studies show that the process is speeding up. Earth’s plates are moving beneath our feet all the time, but this is a huge transformation. Who knows? In the distant future, we might have a whole new continent floating in the ocean!
